Certified Translations with an Apostille Certificate

The timing of the translation depends on many factors: the volume and type of text, the language pair, the complexity of the subject, the design of the document, etc. It is best if 1 translator works on the translation, but then the speed of work usually does not exceed 2000 words per day. A notarized translation of a document is not limited in time and is valid as long as the original document is valid.

The original is required only if the organization to which you are submitting documents requires the translation to be attached to it. The notary certifies the translator’s signature, but not the document itself, from which the translation was performed. Therefore, if the translation is attached to a photocopy of the document, the original does not need to be provided. You will only need to leave the original with us to make a notarized copy.

Apostille is only possible on official documents – those issued by state bodies or organizations that have state accreditation or other similar status.
